Horizontes Del Mar is a small, beach side condominium complex located directly on exclusive Playa Langosta Beach. Our fully renovated properties feature an open concept living room, dining room area and chef’s kitchen with vaulted ceilings to allow natural light to flood the space. Expansive terraces provide beautiful ocean views and are equipped with a dining table and lounge chairs for the best in indoor/outdoor living. Your terraces are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a midday siesta, and Playa Langosta’s renowned brilliant, burnished sunsets. The sunsets draw beach goers to the sand every evening. Feel free to join them as the beach is only steps away from your condo or lounge on your terrace with your favorite bottle of wine while you listen to the sounds of the surf.
The complex features a large beach front pool, green manicured lawns, and private, gated parking. There is immediate beach access via a pedestrian gate and a 24-hour security guard that can assist you should you have any questions.
As you enter the main floor of the residence, you will face the large living area and kitchen with an ocean view. Sand colored floor tile and white, sleek kitchen cabinets are contrasted by natural teak furniture and the sun kissed colors of Malu Moreira’s large painting capturing the hues of the beach at sunset just beyond your terrace. A generous sofa, accompanied by woven leather chairs, teak shelves and a natural wood coffee table finish the living room space. A dining room table with seating for 8 people and a substantial kitchen island with bar stool seating for four provides plenty of counter space for meal prep and presentation for all your guests.
The main floor also features two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, a half bathroom, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.
One of the main floor bedrooms features a custom designed platform bed that can be set as a king bed or separated to create two single beds. This room has ocean views, access to the large main terrace, a desk and flat screen TV. The room also features a walk-in closet with custom cabinetry, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, wood cabinets and a generous stall shower with rain shower head and wand.
The second main floor bedroom features a custom-made queen bed with a hidden full sized trundle bed that can be used to sleep children or rolled under the queen bed when not in use. This room has a large flat screen TV, desk and a built-in wall of custom cabinetry providing plenty of room to store your personal items. An ensuite bathroom with sink and stall shower equipped with a rain shower head and wand complete this bedroom.
The main floor terrace has 2 sunbeds and a dining table with seating for 6 people; allowing you to enjoy your meals alfresco.
The upper floor contains the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, ocean views, and a private terrace with a double sunbed. The bedroom has a desk, flat screen TV, a walk-in closet with custom teak cabinets, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, wood cabinets and a generous stall shower with two rain shower heads and two wands.
Note that all rooms and the main terrace are equipped with ceiling fans as well as air conditioning so that you and your guests are comfortable regardless of weather. The residence also has a mesh WIFI system to support internet and streaming services.

The apartment is beautifully designed, with a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a cozy living room, and spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. The large windows provide lots of natural light and a refreshing ocean breeze.
The pool area is clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing on sunny afternoons. Given the location, amenities, and quality of the apartment, I believe it offers excellent value for money.
